Verde & Tonic

Verde & Tonic

  • 5 cl Il Verde
  • 12 cl dry tonic water
  • Big ice cube

Garnish: Lemon zest & rosemary

Metodo: Build over ice. Add Il Verde, top with tonic, and gently stir once or twice

Use a dry tonic, not overly sweet.

Negroni Bosco
intense bittersweet spicy

Negroni Bosco

  • 3 cl dry gin
  • 3 cl red vermouth
  • 3 cl Il Verde
  • Ice

Garnish: Orange or lemon twist

Metodo: Stir over ice in a mixing glass and strain into a lowball over fresh ice.

Il Verde replaces the bitter, adding refined woody notes.

Verde Sour
silky citrusy balanced

Verde Sour

  • 5 cl Il Verde
  • 2.5 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl simple syrup (1:1)
  • Egg white (optional) or 2 cl aquafaba (for vegan version)

Garnish: Fresh sage leaf

Metodo: Dry shake first, then shake with ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
